We carefully match students with tutors based on their learning goals, preferences, and skill levels. All our tutors are qualified professionals with extensive teaching experience in their respective fields.
We continuously monitor the quality of our services through student feedback, tutor evaluations, and regular quality assessments. If at any point you are not satisfied with your tutoring experience, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your tutoring experience at blixaroneodhik. If you are not happy with your first tutoring session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session completion. We will work with you to understand your concerns and find a suitable solution.
Possible solutions may include switching to a different tutor who better matches your learning style and preferences, adjusting the curriculum or teaching approach to better meet your needs, providing additional resources or support materials, or in some cases, offering a refund for the first session. We handle each situation individually and strive to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining fairness to our tutors.
Refunds for tutoring packages are available under specific circumstances and subject to the following conditions:
Before First Session: If you have purchased a tutoring package but have not yet attended your first session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds requested after the 7-day period but before the first session may be subject to an administrative fee.
After First Session: If you have attended your first session and are not satisfied with the quality of instruction, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions in your package within 48 hours of completing the first session. The first session fee is non-refundable, but we will refund the cost of unused sessions minus any administrative fees. Alternatively, we can transfer your remaining sessions to a different tutor or subject area.
Partial Package Completion: If you have completed multiple sessions and wish to discontinue your package, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not provided for sessions already completed. However, we may offer a prorated refund for unused sessions if there are extenuating circumstances such as serious illness, family emergency, or relocation that prevents you from continuing.
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing or completing a tutoring session, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or provide a refund for that specific session. Technical issues on the student's end, such as internet connectivity problems or equipment failure, do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Sessions that you failed to attend without providing at least 24 hours notice. These are considered no-shows and the session fee is forfeited. Sessions that were cancelled by you with less than 24 hours notice, except in cases of documented emergencies. Completed sessions where you were satisfied with the service at the time of delivery. Packages where more than half of the sessions have already been completed, except in extraordinary circumstances.
Dissatisfaction that was not communicated to us in a timely manner, preventing us from addressing the issue. Refund requests made more than 30 days after the issue occurred. Situations where you violated our Terms of Use or engaged in inappropriate conduct during sessions. Differences in learning pace or outcomes, as individual results vary based on effort, practice, and natural aptitude.
We understand that schedules can change and unexpected situations arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and tutors:
Session Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule individual sessions by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations can be made by contacting us via email or phone. Sessions cancelled with proper notice will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no additional charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited, though we consider exceptions for documented emergencies such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Package Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your entire tutoring package, please refer to the Refund Eligibility section above. Package cancellations are subject to our refund policy and may incur administrative fees depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
Tutor Cancellations: If your tutor needs to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule the session at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a credit for that session to be used at a later date or a refund for that specific session.
We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your changing schedule. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. To reschedule a session, contact us via email or phone with your preferred alternative dates and times. We will work with your tutor to find a mutually convenient time.
Please note that tutor availability may vary, and we cannot always guarantee your first choice of rescheduled time. We recommend scheduling sessions in advance and providing as much notice as possible when rescheduling is needed. Unused sessions in your package do not expire for 6 months from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility to complete your package at your own pace.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the following procedure:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method such as bank transfer. Processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, while bank transfers may take 7 to 14 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. This email will include details about the refund amount and expected timeline for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. In some cases, instead of requesting a refund, you may prefer to transfer your tutoring package to a different subject area or tutor. We are happy to accommodate such requests when possible. Package transfers are subject to availability and may require adjustment of the package price if the new subject area has different pricing.
To request a package transfer, contact us with details about your current package and your desired new subject or tutor. We will review your request and work to facilitate the transfer. There is no fee for package transfers, though any price differences between the original and new package will be reconciled through additional payment or partial refund.
